The room itself was a good retreat, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and even a lovely view that added a touch of serenity to my mornings.
One minor downside was the slightly limited Wi-Fi speed, which occasionally made streaming a bit challenging.

Getting to the check-in was a nightmare! We circled the car park for ages, and the lack of signs didn't help at all.

Great location near the ferry and tram, making it so convenient for my trips. Staff were accommodating, even letting me check in early after a long flight. The room was cozy, though a bit smaller than expected. A good stay with friendly service.

I had a fantastic experience and would stay here again. The rooms were impeccably clean and absolutely perfect and had a nice view of the sun rises. The hotel took care of the friendly service. Location: the venue was right by other shops and restaurants and shopping centre.

Exceptionally clean and perfect units with all the added extras such as washing machine dishwasher etc, bedroom and washing machine, and the staff were welcoming. The setting was excellent, close enough to restaurants and shops, the Docklands Waterfront and the Docklands.

Honestly, we had a pretty good time ringing in the New Year here! The location is awesome-so close to trams and tons of food options, plus a supermarket right downstairs. Our room was neat, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help with a smile!
But let’s be real, getting to the hotel from the parking was a nightmare. We were driving in circles trying to find the entrance, and once we did, it was a hassle with all the lift changes. the air conditioning in our room was really noisy, and we wished they’d provided slippers. Just a few things they could improve, you know?

Arriving excited for our anniversary, we found ourselves moving rooms twice due to a malfunctioning toilet. The inconvenience was quickly addressed by the efficient staff. Enjoyed early check-in and modern amenities, but the noisy traffic disrupted our peaceful stay. I recommend this hotel.
